Judge Galloway earned her bachelor's degree in government and international studies from the University of Notre Dame in 2001 and her law degree from the University of Colorado Law School in 2006. She was a deputy district attorney in Weld County from 2008 to 2014 and worked in private practice from 2014 to 2019, handling estate planning, probate and domestic relations cases. She then served for five years as the Juvenile Magistrate in the 19th Judicial District.
She was appointed to the District Court bench in May 2024.
