Judge Green attended the University of Iowa and graduated from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1997. He began his legal career with LexisNexis Legal Publishing, where he was a research attorney. He then moved to Park County to serve as a deputy district attorney in the 11th Judicial District Attorney's office in Fairplay.
He was appointed Park County Court judge in 2007. He presides over civil, criminal, misdemeanor, traffic and small claims cases.
