Judge Ryan earned her bachelor's degree from Marquette University in 2008 and her law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2011. After law school she worked as a law clerk for Judge Stoker in Twin Falls, Idaho. She served as a deputy public defender in the First Judicial District and then practiced as an associate attorney at Miller and Associates Law Offices in Denver, focusing on administrative and appellate law.
She was appointed to the Jackson County Court bench on July 16, 2019.
