Judge Rowles-Stokes earned her undergraduate degree in human resources management from Colorado Christian University, a master's degree in business communications from Jones International University, and her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
Before joining the bench she was a chief deputy district attorney for the 18th Judicial District Attorney, vice president of human resources for High-Speed Access Corp., and director of human resources and legal for Rifkin & Associates. She was appointed in January 2012.
