Judge Apostoli was born and raised primarily in Colorado Springs. She earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Colorado State University and her law degree from the University of Oklahoma. Before joining the bench, she was a deputy district attorney and then a senior district attorney in the District Attorney's Office of the Eighteenth Judicial District.
She served as a magistrate in the district for over 14 years. She was appointed to the County Court bench on January 4, 2024.
