Judge Mann is originally from Florida and attended Nova University Law School. In 1998 she started a private law practice in Walsenburg, Colorado, handling child dependency and neglect and family law. In 2008 she moved her practice to Pueblo, where she focused mainly on family law, estate planning, probate and real estate law.
She was appointed to the County Court in 2019 and has served on the Huerfano County Court bench since January 1, 2019. She hears civil and criminal matters, including protection orders, evictions, money disputes, traffic and misdemeanors.
