Judge Christiansen received her law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Utah. From 2004 to 2019 she practiced primarily in domestic relations law, with some criminal and probate law.
She was appointed a District Court Judge on October 2, 2024.
