Judge Jimenez earned her bachelor's degree from Adams State University in 2006 and her law degree from the University of Colorado Law School in 2009. She was an associate attorney at Front Line Law and a deputy district attorney from 2011 to 2020. She was then a magistrate for the City and County of Denver and later a magistrate in the 17th Judicial District.
She was appointed to the Adams County Court in January 2023. Her docket is about 85 percent misdemeanor and traffic cases and 15 percent felony cases.
