Judge Salomone earned her undergraduate degree at the University of California at Los Angeles in 1994 and her law degree at the University of Michigan Law School in 1998. She worked as a deputy state public defender in Denver. She later practiced as a solo lawyer and as a partner in a Boulder law firm.
She was appointed a District Judge in October 2017. In the 20th Judicial District she has presided over criminal, civil, domestic relations and probate cases, as well as a treatment court and a competency docket.
