  Judge Tow violated the constitutional rights of one party and was clearly biased. He gave a ruling that one party could not video record on a public sidewalk encouraging false accusations. He also allowed one party to live off child support. She was capable and voluntarily unemployed for 12 years. The money should have gone to the children, not her. Tow Is corrupt and biased.
